Your new role: As a senior member of the Metro South Health operational leadership team, the Executive Director will: Provide strategic and operational leadership across Logan Hospital and Beaudesert Hospital. Drive high-quality, safe, efficient and patient-centred care. Influence service planning, workforce optimisation, and sustainable delivery models. Lead major service expansions and capital works underway and planned. Build strong partnerships with clinicians, community, government, and research organisations. Ensure effective governance, risk management, and organisational performance. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and leads a directorate comprising more than 4,800 staff (3,450 FTE) with an operating budget of approximately $798 million.
