Your new role: As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will support Registered Nurses in delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care to patients within Ward 5A, 5B and the Coronary Care Unit. Working under supervision, you will contribute to the daily clinical and operational functioning of a high-acuity cardiology and internal medicine environment. In this role, you will: Assist RNs with direct patient care and daily clinical activities Observe patients, report changes and escalate concerns appropriately Support ward operations including equipment checks and stock management Contribute to a safe, respectful and team-focused care environment About you: You are a reliable and compassionate healthcare worker who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care.
