About the Role In this role you will create systems to sustain high quality delivery for children, young people and families (Leader of Leaders) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include: Lead CHQ's execution of digital engagement to enhance communication with a wide range of stakeholders, including consumers, staff and the wider community. Manage key projects and monitor outcomes for improving CHQ's digital communication across the internet, intranet, mobile applications, patient entertainment system, digital signage and communication resources. Manage and lead staff to ensure that all online, digital and print resources are developed to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner to meet organisational needs. Design effective information architecture for websites and apps to ensure an optimal user experience. Implement web analytics and monitoring solutions to continually improve the online user experience.
