About you: In your new role you will: Involvement in service provision to patients as part of the Occupational Therapy Department acute seven day service and out of hours roster as operationally required. Provide clinical practice supervision, education, mentoring and assisting with core skills training and development and performance management of less experienced Occupational Therapy practitioners, allied health assistants, support staff and students within scope of practice guidelines to ensure the development and maintenance of clinical standards. Support individual performance and development processes of less experienced staff, including identifying continuing professional development training needs to ensure safe and effective delivery of services.
