They specialise in creating high‑end homes and multi‑unit developments, with a strong focus on precision, collaboration, and integrity in every project. The Role: Prepare accurate and compliant architectural drawings and construction documentation for residential projects. Produce working drawings, details, plans, and elevations that meet builder and project requirements. Work collaboratively with design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure drawings are build‑ready and aligned with project specifications. Maintain drawing registers, version control, and documentation standards. Amend and revise plans in response to internal feedback, client changes, and regulatory requirements.
