About the Role This isn’t your typical call-centre job. No high-volume inbound calls No sales or revenue targets 100% post-sale customer support As a Customer Service Representative in our specialised Service Team, you’ll be part of a small but critical group that keeps everything moving behind the scenes. You’ll act as the connector between customers, suppliers, insurance companies and our internal teams; ensuring issues are resolved smoothly and quickly. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional post-sale support to customers via phone and email Troubleshoot and help resolve product issues with care and confidence Coordinate service bookings with suppliers and service partners Work closely with Finance and Order Management on returns, credits and refunds Maintain accurate service records and keep your product knowledge up to date What You’ll Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Calm, solutions-focused approach and great organisational skills Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems A positive, proactive mindset.
