OVERVIEW: Ready to put your estimating skills to work on diverse building and minor works projects? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator who enjoys pricing a variety of projects, working closely with subcontractors, and playing a key role in winning work. You’ll be hands-on across tenders, RFQs, and EOIs, shaping strategic submissions that drive successful project outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare accurate estimates for tenders, RFQs and EOIs from concept through to submission Analyse drawings, specifications and scopes to identify costs, risks and opportunities Source and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing Develop cost breakdowns, programs and methodologies to support bids Provide pricing support for projects and minor works Identify scope gaps and risks prior to submission Prepare detailed estimates and purchase orders CRITERIA: 3 years’ experience in construction estimating Strong understanding of commercial construction processes Confident reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications Proven experience across tenders, RFQs and project pricing Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel (advanced Excel highly regarded) BENEFITS: Join a busy pipeline of projects with consistent work coming through Work with a collaborative team where your input is valued A role with real variety across tenders minor works Opportunity to grow your estimating career within an established business Ready to make your mark on a variety of projects?
