We are recruiting experienced Family Violence Practitioners for locum assignments supporting an organisation delivering Adults Using Family Violence (AUFV) services in the North West. The Role You will work directly with adults using family violence, delivering specialist interventions that focus on accountability, behaviour change, and risk reduction, while prioritising the safety of victim-survivors and children. Key responsibilities include: Conducting intake, screening, and comprehensive risk assessments for adults using family violence Developing and implementing behaviour change and accountability plans Applying MARAM, Integrated Practice Framework, and AUFV-specific tools Working collaboratively with victim-survivor services, Child Protection, and other stakeholders Contributing to coordinated responses prioritising the safety of women and children Maintaining timely, accurate documentation and case records About You To be successful, you will have: A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, or be Rec 209 aligned Intermediate or Comprehensive MARAM training (AUFV stream) Demonstrated experience working with adults who use family violence Strong understanding of gendered drivers of family violence, accountability frameworks, and risk management Confidence delivering face-to-face interventions in an in-person service setting Experience in men's behaviour change, case management, or statutory FV services (highly regarded) How to Apply Click Apply Now and upload your resume or reach out to Brock Doyle via brock@aligned-healthcare.com.au
