About the Role This is a dynamic role supporting multiple areas of the business, depending on operational needs. You will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to employees, management, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional, timely customer service to internal and external stakeholders Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person enquiries Support continuous improvement in customer service outcomes Provide administrative support across business functions Process invoices, purchase orders, quotations, tenders, and subcontractor documentation Maintain accurate records, databases, CRM systems, and filing Complete data entry, reporting, reconciliations, and stock takes Prepare business documents and presentations Manage reception duties, office supplies, meetings, appointments, catering, and follow-up actions Comply with company policies, governance, and HSEQ requirements About You Certificate III in Business Administration Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Current Driver’s License Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn A team-focused attitude with a strong customer service mindset Desirable Experience in construction, modular building, or a related industry Exposure to CRM systems or business management systems Why Join Ausco Modular?
