Your New Role Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and based at our Dandenong South branch, we are seeking a Trade Assistant / General Hand / Warehouse Assistant who is a strong team player with a customer-centric attitude to support branch hire activities in the hire yard. Duties Include (but are not limited to) Prepare, clean, and pack hire buildings and ancillary equipment to required standards Process paperwork for the installation and return of hire asset Conduct stock takes of assets as required Respond to customer service requests promptly and professionally Prepare hire buildings for transit and delivery Unpack, test, and clean ancillary equipment returned from hire What You Will Bring to the Role Trade qualification desirable (Carpenter, Sheetmetal Worker, or similar) Test and Tag licence (highly desirable) Building maintenance and repair experience Forklift licence, including large forklift operation Current Driver’s License and White Card Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with solid numerical skills A team player who can also work independently Why Join Us?
