Skillforce Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Administrator Scheduler for ongoing work for our valued client based in Jandakot Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Planning: Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, or monthly project schedules, including tracking project milestones and identifying potential conflicts. Resource Coordination: Organizing the arrival of machinery, materials, and subcontractors on-site exactly when needed. Administrative Support: Managing site documentation, including filing, records management, and processing invoices or purchase orders. Compliance & Induction: Coordinating staff/subcontractor inductions, maintaining safety compliance records, and monitoring training records. Reporting & Communication: Preparing progress reports for management, liaising with stakeholders, and adjusting schedules to accommodate delays or changes. Core Competencies and Skills Software Proficiency: Experience with scheduling tools general administration software (e.g., MS Office/Excel). Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle fast-moving information, and meet strict deadlines. Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying risks (like material delays) and implementing solutions.
