The organisation is midway through a major, multi-year digitisation program, modernising systems, simplifying processes and reimagining digital experiences so they can better serve their patients and community. They’re now looking for a Business Analyst who loves working at scale, enjoys untangling complexity, and wants their work to actually make a difference. Contract: 12-month fixed term What you’ll be working on: This role sits right in the heart of transformation. Supporting a large-scale digital uplift across systems, processes and user journeys Partnering with business users, product owners and technical teams to uncover pain points and opportunities Translating business needs into clear user stories, requirements, process flows and solution designs Contributing to solution options, roadmaps and business cases Working across enterprise platforms such as MS Dynamics (or similar CRM / ERP / HRIS systems) Supporting delivery teams through backlog refinement, testing and change readiness About you You’re a confident, curious BA who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity and clarity to complex environments. You’re comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups and don’t shy away from enterprise-scale change. You’ll bring: 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital, enterprise or technology-focused environments Strong understanding of human-centred design principles Exposure to MS Dynamics or similar CRM / ERP / HRIS platforms Strong analysis, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to adapt in a fast-moving, evolving program Clear communication and a genuine commitment to quality outcomes Why join?
