Job Title: Digital Service Representative Location: Mittagong NSW 2575 Start Date: 06/02/2026 End Date: 05/08/2026 Pay Rate: $35.80 per hour Super Rostered Working Hours: Up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm P osition Description: A thriving government agency is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Digital Service Representative to join their team at the Mittagong Service Centre. As a Digital Service Representative, you will greet customers as the come in and assist them with a variety of transactions, providing excellent customer service while handling digital systems and technology. We are looking for a candidate who has strong customer service and digital skills to help our customers efficiently. You will work in a dynamic and busy environment, and you will need to be physically active throughout your shift. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with their transactions, providing digital services and solutions. Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries promptly and professionally. Manage digital systems and ensure smooth transaction processes. Communicate clearly with customers, both verbally and in writing, providing accurate information. Handle general administrative tasks using digital tools and software. Skills & Experience Required: 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate computer skills, including typing, using a mouse and monitor, and strong email etiquette. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams. Digital savvy with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and technologies (specific software will be taught). Experience working in an office environment is beneficial. Must be physically fit, as the role involves being on your feet helping customers for some of the day. Training: The training program is delivered virtually to prepare successful contractors to perform the role. Upon completion of training, on-site support is provided by colleagues and managers at the centre. Important Information: This role is Service Centre-based, and the successful contractor will be required to work on-site for all shifts. Police Check is required.
