The Role This role is all about relationships, organisation and results. You’ll be the go-to support for a high-performing principal, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes while helping keep clients front and centre. Your day-to-day will include: Diary management, travel and client communications Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders Coordinating end-to-end property campaigns with precision and care Preparing proposals, reports and marketing presentations Supporting the sales team with daily action plans, follow-ups and accountability Keeping on top of priorities and anticipating needs before they arise The Person We’re looking for someone who thrives on people and organisation, a confident communicator who loves being the hub of a busy team.
