The Opportunity Lead the Occupational Health & Safety function at the Ingleburn site, driving a strong safety culture that protects employees, contractors, and visitors. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across health, safety, and injury management, ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with business objectives. Lead and develop the site Health & Safety function, providing expert advice and guidance to leaders and teams Develop and implement a practical, consultative Health & Safety strategy that supports continuous improvement Oversee health and safety systems, audits, inspections, and incident investigations Drive compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements Lead Health & Safety Committees and support Health & Safety Representatives Manage injury management, workers compensation, and return-to-work programs Deliver health and safety training, education, and wellbeing initiatives Analyse safety performance and report on KPIs, trends, and improvement actions What you’ll bring Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, policies, and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve issues Ability to collaborate effectively across all areas of the business Strong written skills, including report writing and external correspondence Proven discretion when handling confidential matters Highly organised, agile, and able to manage competing priorities Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously Why Noumi?
