The role of Adviser Injury Management is a key member of the QCS Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) team, providing and coordinating best practice injury management services in a challenging operational environment. The role is accountable to the Principal Consultant Injury Management HSW. The Adviser Injury Management is responsible for individualised case management of injured or ill QCS employees within a correctional facility. Coordinating rehabilitation programs and supporting workers, managers and executive leaders to understand their obligations under relevant legislation. This role is based at the Maryborough Correctional Centre. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
