What your day will look like In this role, you'll move through a meaningful blend of clinical decision‑making, consumer engagement and teamwork as you support adults accessing community mental health services across Stanthorpe and its surrounds. You'll work closely with individuals, families and multidisciplinary colleagues to complete comprehensive assessments, develop collaborative care plans, provide therapeutic interventions and evaluate progress using evidence‑based practice. You'll contribute to a positive team culture, mentor emerging clinicians, participate in quality improvement activities and ensure safe, effective care aligned with the Mental Health Act 2016 and National Mental Health Standards.
