What your day will look like In this role, you'll be part of a close‑knit multidisciplinary team in Warwick, working collaboratively to deliver evidence‑based community mental health care that supports consumers through recovery and rehabilitation. Your day includes engaging directly with adults in the community to complete comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualised care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions aligned with the Mental Health Act 2016 and National Mental Health Standards. You'll apply advanced clinical judgement, case management skills and ethical decision‑making while contributing to quality improvement activities and supporting safe, effective service delivery. Your work will also involve maintaining accurate clinical documentation, using specialist information systems, identifying and responding to risk, and supporting a culture of continuous learning through mentoring, clinical teaching and team collaboration.
