What You’ll Do As an AI Engineer, you’ll: Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems and pipelines (from data ingestion to model deployment) Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams (product, design, data engineering) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Research, experiment, benchmark, and iterate different models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, computer vision) to find the best fit Optimise models for performance, scalability, inference speed, and resource efficiency Ensure production-readiness: robust testing, monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD Stay on top of AI/ML developments and propose improvements to our stack Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices & code reviews What We Require (Must-Haves) Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production Strong hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn Proficiency in Python (R or similar a plus) and SQL Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Prior experience in real estate technology or related industries is a plus Nice to Have (Preferred) Experience with NLP or Generative AI (LLMs, transformers) Background in computer vision Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX) Knowledge of bias mitigation, model interpretability, and data ethics Experience working client-facing or in consulting environments What We Offer The opportunity to work on impactful AI projects across industries Flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid) Competitive compensation package (salary equity/performance bonuses) Learning and development support, including access to training and conferences A supportive, collaborative culture built on excellence and integrity
