Job Summary: About Live Nation: About the role: We are looking for a Ticketing Coordinator to play a key role in delivering seamless ticketing operations across Fortitude Music Hall, The Triffid and other venues assigned to the role. This position is responsible for planning, building and managing ticketing for shows as they announce, go on sale and deliver on event day. This role works closely with promoters, ticketing partners and internal venue teams to ensure ticket builds, pricing structures, seating maps and guest list management are accurate, timely and aligned to each event’s requirements. What you’ll be doing: Ticketing operations & event builds: Overseeing ticket builds, onsales, box office operations and the operational aspects of the Ticketmaster agreement across assigned venues. Promoter liaison & pricing support: Working closely with promoters to advise on venue layouts, pricing structures and ticketing strategies that support both production budgets and venue capabilities. Sales monitoring & strategy: Monitoring ticket sales and collaborating with Ticketmaster and Moshtix Client Managers to implement strategies that drive performance. Premium & ancillary products: Ensuring venue premium offerings, packages and ancillary products are correctly attached to events in collaboration with the Premium team. Event day ticketing support: Supporting event operations and box office teams to ensure smooth setup, clear communication and customer-focused delivery on show days. Box office team leadership: Assisting with the recruitment, training and rostering of casual box office staff. Reporting & settlements: Producing post-event ticketing reports and supporting timely financial settlements within agreed timeframes. Ticketing communications & compliance: Managing public-facing ticketing information alongside marketing teams while ensuring all company policies are followed. What you’ll bring: Ticketing system expertise: A strong understanding of Ticketmaster and Moshtix systems (highly regarded), with confidence building events and managing data. Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to ticket builds, pricing, seating maps and reporting. Strong communication skills: Clear, professional and constructive communication with promoters, partners and internal stakeholders. Organisation & resilience: The ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and remain calm under pressure. Customer & client focus: A commitment to delivering a positive experience for patrons, promoters and venue teams. Technical capability: Solid IT skills, including confidence using Word and Excel.
