Our Pre-Delivery Centre at Eagle Farm plays a critical role in preparing and reconditioning vehicles to the highest standards before delivery to Brisbane BMW and Volvo Cars Brisbane North. About the role We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead and coordinate daily workshop operations at our Eagle Farm Pre-Delivery site. This role is responsible for ensuring vehicle reconditioning and pre-delivery work is completed efficiently, safely, and to brand standards while maximising productivity and throughput. Reporting to the New and Used Car Reconditioning Manager, you will be a key link between technicians, quality control, and dealership stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Plan, coordinate, and control daily workshop workflow to meet delivery timelines Allocate work to technicians based on skills, efficiency, and production requirements Monitor job progress and resolve delays or technical issues proactively Ensure all vehicles meet quality, safety, and compliance standards Maintain accurate job tracking, WIP control, and reporting Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Support and lead technicians with coaching, guidance sayeis and performance management Ensure WHS policies and procedures are adhered to at all times About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar role Strong understanding of vehicle reconditioning and pre-delivery operations Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing workshop team Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Sound mechanical knowledge (trade qualification preferred but not essential) Experience working with premium automotive brands will be well regarded What we offer Opportunity to work with prestige brands Competitive salary package based on experience Supportive team environment and career development opportunities Modern facilities in a convenient Eagle Farm location Generous employee benefits including Birthday leave and Health & Wellbeing Program
