About the Opportunity We are seeking a friendly, organised and highly capable Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our Berkeley Vale Factory. In this varied role, you’ll provide outstanding customer service, coordinate reception and administration activities, manage uniforms and site access, and support the Administration Manager and wider team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include: Providing a professional and welcoming reception service for visitors, contractors and employees Operating and monitoring the switchboard and paging systems Assisting visitors with QR-code sign-in processes Assisting with the coordination of meetings and room booking and PPE requirements Managing mail, couriers and deliveries Ordering and maintaining stationery and general office supplies Coordinating uniforms for Manufacturing, DC, Goods Inwards and Maintenance Managing access cards, lockers and site permissions Supporting purchase requisitions, invoices and SAP processing Processing Expenses using Expense Me Maintaining meeting rooms, noticeboards and shared spaces Supporting emergency response communications when required Assisting with staff initiatives such as BetterU programs, flu shots and wellbeing activities Providing general administrative support to the Administration Manager and HR team as needed About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Strong Customer Service Skills Proven experience in reception or administration or customer service roles Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner Experience operating a switchboard is preferred Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment Reliability, discretion and a strong commitment to workplace safety The ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and proactively support day‑to‑day operations Qualifications: School Certificate or equivalent Typing speed of approximately 40 wpm or above (preferred) What do we offer?
