What You’ll Be Doing Deliver paediatric speech pathology services across clinic and community settings Support children with speech, language, and communication differences Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals Participate in supervision, mentoring, and reflective practice Continue developing clinical reasoning, confidence, and professional identity Mid-career and senior clinicians will have opportunities for increased autonomy, leadership, and mentoring.
