About the role A rare opportunity has arisen for an advanced MRI qualified Medical Imaging Technologist to join our professional & friendly team at SKG Radiology. This position will be based at our SKG Subiaco site at the St John of God Hospital in Subiaco, and requires rotation through our North of the River MRI sites including SKG Currambine, SKG Duncraig and SKG Hollywood located at the Hollywood Hospital in Nedlands. Joining a diverse team based at SKG Subiaco, this role will see you working in our North of the River MRI departments servicing a wide range of patients and working closely with our Radiologists, referrers and external providers to ensure the best possible service and care. This role is Full Time – 75 hours per fortnight worked as 7.5 hour days Monday to Friday. In addition, you will be required to participate in shift (early & late starts), on-call, weekend and public holiday rosters. About You Our ideal candidate will: Hold a degree in Medical Imaging (or equivalent) Be registered with AHPRA – Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia Hold a Radiation Safety Licence from the Radiological Council of WA Possess a high level of MRI skills and experience Hold ASMIRT MRI Level 1 Accreditation Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Display excellent communication, organisational and time management skills Display a Patients First. attitude at all times Please note that the successful candidate is required to provide evidence of vaccination/immunity/screening to a list of vaccine-preventable diseases prior to commencement of employment.
