Working under the guidance of the Manager – Transformation, the role contributes to programs that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and organisational effectiveness. You will play a key role in supporting change management activities, assisting staff to adopt new ways of working, and embedding consistent processes across Parks Victoria. Your role provides hands-on operational support, ensures initiatives are delivered in line with organisational priorities, and helps establish guardrails to drive consistent and measurable transformation outcomes. We're looking for someone with: Experience supporting operational or program delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, preferably in public land or natural resource management. Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental management, business management, or a related field are desirable. Experience contributing to project or program delivery and coordinating initiatives. Practical knowledge of operational processes in public land management, transformation, or organisational change.
