About the Role Portfolio and Resilience Division is seeking committed, energetic Finance and Evaluation professionals. Key Duties: ASD 5 Finance Officer Provide sound advice and support on finance matters, contributing to team outcomes and decision-making. Ensure compliance with established legislation, policy, procedures and guidelines, including in complex or sensitive situations. Assist in the preparation of monthly finance reporting, forecasting, analysis and budget management. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement and Program Management. Take responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work. Show initiative to see goals are achieved. Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture. ASD 6 Finance Officer Provide accurate advice and support on finance matters to a range of stakeholders. Anticipate issues that might arise and contribute to their management. Maintain knowledge of and compliance with business processes, financial legislation, policy and regulatory frameworks. Prepare monthly finance reporting, forecasting, analysis, budget development and management. Manage relationships, working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, Program Management and Business Optimisation. Take responsibility for meeting work objectives to a high standard and within timeframes. Show initiative to see that team goals are achieved. Build team capability by coaching others, providing performance feedback and encouraging career development. ASD 6 Evaluation Officer Improve and maintain evaluation frameworks based on qualitative and quantitative data, for evaluating projects and/or programs. Work as part of a team to develop objective, evidence-based reporting, based on systematic analysis, to support senior decision-making. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, with respect to the development of evaluation frameworks, data collection and reporting. Take responsibility for meeting work objectives to a high standard and within timeframes. Show initiative to see that team goals are achieved.
