About the Role Portfolio and Resilience Division is seeking committed, energetic Finance and Evaluation professionals. EL1 Finance Officer Provide expert advice and support on complex finance matters to a range of stakeholders, including SES and Section Heads. Maintain in-depth knowledge of and compliance with business processes, financial legislation, policy and regulatory frameworks. Lead the preparation of monthly finance reporting, forecasting, analysis, budget development and management. Develop and manage relationships, working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, Program Management and Business Optimisation. Take responsibility for the achievements of own and team outcomes, monitor progress and follow through to deliver quality outcomes. Build team capability by coaching others, providing performance feedback, conflict resolution and encouraging career development. EL1 Evaluation Officer Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks based on qualitative and quantitative data, for evaluating projects and/or programs. Manage the development of objective, evidence-based reporting, based on systematic analysis, to support senior decision-making. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation.
