These include: Emergency, General Medicine & Surgery Orthopaedics (basic) Obstetrics, Maternity & Gynaecology High Dependency & Coronary Care Unit Palliative Care Paediatrics Clinical Investigations, Imaging & Pathology About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Director of General Medicine to lead our department. Reporting to the clinical executive, you will: Lead, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary medical team Deliver high-quality, sustainable general medicine services Coordinate and liaise with other clinical departments Contribute to ongoing service development, teaching, and training Ensure integration of services within Gladstone’s clinical framework This is a key leadership position where you will shape the future of medical care in the Gladstone and Banana region. About You MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) – General Medicine (or equivalent specialist recognition) Eligibility for Specialist registration with AHPRA Demonstrated leadership, service development, and teaching experience Commitment to ongoing CME/CPD What We Offer Total remuneration up to \$566,378 p.a., including: \$210,332 – \$244,313 p.a.
