Location: Parramatta, NSW Contract: Multiple roles available Start Date: 16 February 2026 End Date: 30 June 2026 Daily Rate: Up to $281.52 (dependent on experience) About the Role A State Government department is seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Resolution Representatives to support service delivery in a high-volume, structured environment. This role is responsible for resolving customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes aligned with policy and service standards. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and digital channels. Resolve issues at first point of contact where possible, or escalate in accordance with procedures. Accurately record, update, and maintain customer information and case notes in internal systems. Apply policies, procedures, and legislation to deliver fair and consistent outcomes. Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated matters. Manage competing priorities and meet service level agreements (SLAs) in a high-volume environment. Handle sensitive and confidential information in line with privacy requirements. Identify trends or recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and Experience Proven experience in customer service, contact centre, complaints handling, or administrative roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and resilience in challenging customer interactions. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work within structured, policy-driven environments. Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Previous government or regulated industry experience is desirable but not essential.
