Why You’ll Love This Role Work with a respected market leader in the print and visual communication space Supportive, team‑oriented culture Genuine career development within a large national organisation Hybrid work: 4 days in office / 1 day WFH Salary discussed confidentially with shortlisted candidates What You’ll Be Doing Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering friendly and efficient service Process sales orders accurately using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Provide product details, pricing, stock availability and delivery information Monitor and follow up outstanding orders and proactively communicate with customers Liaise closely with Sales Executives and Business Development teams on quotes, leads, and opportunities Maintain accurate customer data in Dynamics CE CRM Prepare RMA requests, credit notes and support general admin tasks Assist with inventory‑related initiatives and continuous improvement activities What You’ll Bring 3–5 years customer service experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner High accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Finance & Operations highly regarded Background in paper, print, manufacturing or CRM‑driven environments an advantage Team player with initiative and a solutions‑focused mindset About the Company Our client is one of Australia’s leading distributors in the print, packaging and visual communication industry.
