About the Role Reporting to the CFO, this key leadership role oversees a small team within the Financial Planning & Analysis function. You’ll lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the organisation, providing strategic insights to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and developing a small team of established and talented Finance Partners and Accountants. Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Building and maintaining complex financial models and business cases. Driving process improvement, automation, and transformation across FP&A activities. Providing high-quality reporting, analysis, and financial advice to support strategic decisions. Partnering with diverse stakeholders across research, operations, and executive functions. About You You will be a qualified CPA or CA with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. You’ll bring: A strong, demonstrable experience in financial analysis, business partnering, and reporting. Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate, influence and develop a team. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel or BI tool capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to identify and implement change.
