Our team at Pipeline Technics offer a superior standard of service and operate throughout WA. We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Forrestdale. This is a full time role working a minimum of 38 hours per week. Job Objective The Marketing Specialist is responsible for Assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing activities. To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role. You'll also have: A relevant bachelor's degree High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Desirable : Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries Basic knowledge of social media platforms and website content management Experience assisting with tenders or proposals Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe InDesign) Duties and Responsibilities : Leverage in-depth knowledge of SEO, both on-site and off-site, to optimise online visibility and drive organic traffic; Experience using cloud applications such as Canva, Google Analytics, and Google Ad's for effective campaign execution; Write researched blogs and articles that align with our SEO content strategy; Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral; Utilise compelling images of products, services, team members, and events; Manage the research, design, and implementation strategies associated with marketing the Synchro Group's services online; Organise resources to design and build new company website, system integrations, content, and branding as per company specifications; Advise management on current market trends, client preferences to attract the right applicants and clients to the website; Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve project buy in and encourage involvement and feedback; Work with passive and active social media platforms including, Facebook, and Linkedin in order to create brand awareness of company projects to increase the likelihood of tender success; Develop the company's overall marketing requirements including brand refresh, internal style guides, and related marketing collateral; Increase revenue through the enactment of effective strategic marketing initiatives within the social media and online platforms; Develop and execute the company's public relations schedule; Design ad hoc documents, ads and banners A remuneration package between $70,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
