This isn't just a reporting role; you'll be the bridge between HR, Finance, and Executive leadership, turning complex workforce metrics into actionable insights. What you will be doing: Analyse and prepare complex workforce data and reporting to deliver accurate and timely insights. Identify trends , anticipate issues, and develop practical solutions that enhance organisational effectiveness. Produce reports, visualisations and recommendations to answer complex business problems Clearly explain complex data and concepts to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing to enable informed decision-making. What We're Looking For: Strong understanding of HR and workforce data. Government experience would be advantageous. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors , Oracle & SQL would be advantageous.
