Job Description We are now looking for a Tours Product Executive who will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of Luxury Escapes Tours including our much publicised and revered Signature Series. Working closely with the Tours & Signature Series leaders, the Tours Product Executive must be highly motivated and have excellent organisation skills to support Luxury Escapes Tours with multiple internal & external stakeholders. What you'll do: Own the end-to-end delivery of Signature Series tours once the sale is done, coordinating internal teams and overseas partners. Be the single point of contact between Tours leadership, talent, concierge, and destination partners to keep everyone aligned. Build and maintain clear run-sheets so tasks, owners, deadlines, and service expectations are obvious to all involved. Work with destination partners to finalise and quality-check itineraries for guests and on-tour talent. Manage all the practical details that make tours run smoothly, from seating plans and dietary needs to staff travel and welcome packs. Prepare clear customer communication briefs so the concierge team can deliver consistent, on-brand updates. Support sales teams by acting as the link between LE sales and LE Tours, including training, agent support, and regular touchpoints. Oversee tour campaign setup and delivery, including inventory checks, special instructions, and issue resolution before and after launch. Handle escalations across finance, sales, campaign management, and destination partners when things do not go to plan. Improve how tours are delivered over time by tightening processes, documenting them properly, onboarding new partners, and being on the ground when needed.
