This full-time opportunity offers job security, consistent hours, and long-term career progression. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of recycled materials, operating modern HC vehicles and specialised equipment. Roster & Location Depot: Smithfield, NSW Roster: Monday to Friday ad-hoc Saturday Start times: 3:00am or 5:00am Hours : 10 hours per day on average Flexibility required to meet operational needs Duties Operate HC trucks safely and efficiently Complete pre-start and post-trip inspections Comply with road laws, safety standards, and company procedures Use Electronic Work Diaries Maintain accurate documentation Deliver professional customer service Loading & Unloading: Loaded via front-end loader (top-loading butterfly doors) Unloaded using walking floor/hydraulic systems Materials include household recycled goods About You Minimum 2 years HC driving experience Valid HC licence and driver record required Experience with walking floor, tipper, or tanker trailers Confident reversing, coupling, and uncoupling Strong knowledge of road rules and safety compliance Reliable, well-organised, and safety focused Able to work independently and within a team Flexible for overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required What's On Offer Great hourly rate with overtime Consistent, long-term work Temp to Perm opportunities Ongoing training and support Supportive and inclusive team culture APPLY NOW for immediate start, these positions will be TEMP TO PERMTop of Form Bottom of Form
