About the role: You will complete a 2-year paid IT & Microsoft Traineeship while earning a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking) with selected Microsoft certifications. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed to get your career moving fast. This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience by: Delivering customer-facing, first-level IT support (remote and on-site). Logging and manage helpdesk tickets, following clear processes and escalation paths. Troubleshooting Windows devices, printers, user access issues, and Microsoft 365. Assisting with PC builds, deployments, software installs, and learn from senior engineers across networking, cloud, and cybersecurity. What we're looking for - Skills & Experience Strong interest in IT and emerging technologies with a genuine eagerness to learn. Curious mindset with a willingness to grow through hands-on experience and mentorship. Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office suite. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to learn from experienced team members. Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks and meet deadlines; prior IT exposure is advantageous.
