Permanent from day one - $82/hr super leave FIFO/ Travel Convenience with onsite airstrip Even-time rosters: 2:2 or 8:6-7:7 Lead 12-15 trades across workshop & field Modern workshop, strong systems & experienced support Your Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and manage maintenance crews on shift Plan and execute planned maintenance, servicing and breakdowns Meet maintenance and reliability targets within set timeframes Drive safety, compliance and high work standards across the team Coordinate workshop and field activities efficiently What You'll Bring Essential: Cert III Heavy Diesel Fitter Extensive experience on heavy earthmoving equipment Previous mine-site leadership experience (10 trades) Strong safety, reliability and maintenance knowledge Current Australian Driver's Licence Highly Regarded: CAT, Hitachi or Liebherr experience High Risk Work licences (dogging, rigging, crane, EWP) Willingness to obtain Schedule 26 Work across CAT, Hitachi & Liebherr equipment in a role offering autonomy, stability and long-term career progression.
