Senior People & Culture Business Partner (Human Resources) $58.76 per hour Super 3 month assignment commencing mid-February with possibility of extension Local Government Opportunity Our Local Government client in the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior People & Culture Leader to join their collaborative team. Your focus will be on providing expert guidance to leaders, managing complex case matters, and fostering positive workplace culture. You'll play a key role in: Providing high level support and guidance to leaders and employees to facilitate resolutions and develop a positive organisational culture. Assisting in the managing and mitigating of complex employee relations and case management issues. Building and maintaining effective working relationships and foster a collaborative engagement approach. Lead internal investigations on employment related matters and case manage and mediate workplace matter. Participate in the review, development, and implementation of People and Culture services, programs, policies, and projects. To be successful, you will bring: Proven experience in a Senior People & Culture or HR Management role. Strong influencing and conflict resolution skills with knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations. Proven high level research, investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent highly desirable.
