Job Description Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while helping deliver a high-quality dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Include: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and guest expectations. Assist in the development and plating of high-quality meals. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations. Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required. Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen efficiency improvements. Shift Details (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday Shifts may include breakfast, lunch, and dinner services Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $29.88 per hour Saturday: $37.35 per hour Sunday: $44.82 per hour
