About the Role This role sits between business analysis and functional consulting. You'll work closely with stakeholders and the delivery team to understand needs, map processes, and design effective, scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. About the Organisation Our client is a government organisation undertaking a significant uplift of its internal portal -a platform used by a significant number of contacts and integrated with a major public-facing website. They're reimagining the portal experience with a strong focus on usability, simplicity, and modern digital service design. What You'll Be Doing Discovery & Requirements Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders Map current and future-state processes Produce BRDs, FDDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Design & Delivery Translate business needs into functional specifications Make smart use of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality Assist with configuration and ensure solutions align to architecture and the project roadmap Work closely with technical teams throughout delivery Support & Adoption Create clear training materials and user documentation Facilitate and deliver training sessions to Super Users and staff Support adoption and change activities across the organisation About You Must Have 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant Demonstrated experience working on public‑facing portals Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, and Portals Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven) Understanding of JavaScript and CSS Strong process mapping and documentation skills (Visio, Draw.io, Azure DevOps) Excellent stakeholder management -calm, clear communicator, great listener Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and facilitating/delivering training sessions Respectful, collaborative, and user-focused Experience working in Agile environments Nice to Have Exposure to DevOps-style teams or workflows Experience with Power Automate and/or Power BI Microsoft certifications (PL‑200, MB‑210, MB‑300) How to Apply If you enjoy solving real problems, working with stakeholders, and building clean, scalable Dynamics solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
