About the Role: This junior role supports Agile squads by facilitating ceremonies, maintaining Ways of Working, managing backlogs and sprints, and ensuring clear visibility of delivery progress. You will work closely with Product Owners, assist with dependency management, and help remove delivery blockers to support smooth end‑to‑end delivery. Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Squad Ways of Working. Maintain Jira boards, dashboards, metrics, and Agile reporting. Assist with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and sprint readiness. Create, manage, and close sprints; monitor progress to sprint goals. Identify and escalate or remove delivery impediments. Support cross‑team coordination and dependency management. Experience / About You: 1-3 years in an Agile, delivery, or coordination environment. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. Strong communication, facilitation, and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organisation. Progress toward Scrum or Kanban certification is valued. Experience with Miro or Lucidchart is desirable. Exposure to higher education or large organisational environments is an advantage.
