City is searching for an accomplished Strategic Asset Manager to help lead one of our most exciting initiatives—achieving ISO 55001 certification in partnership with Coles. Your insights and leadership will guide a project that sets new standards across a national network. Reporting to the GM Asset Management, you will lead the creation of lifecycle plans, asset standards, and governance processes, while directly contributing to the delivery of our ISO 55001 project with Coles.Key Responsibilities Designing and delivering a group‑wide Strategic Asset Management Framework, including policies, principles, and documentation. Writing lifecycle management plans for critical asset classes for Coles Supply Chain Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, reduce faults, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to secure endorsement and successfully implement initiatives. Creating reporting templates and maintaining accurate asset documentation aligned with governance requirements. What We’re Looking For Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a similar discipline (essential). Proven experience in asset management, with exposure to ISO 55000 or ISO 55001 frameworks (highly desirable). Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power BI).
