We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to help shape the future of our fundraising activities. Your role will be pivotal in managing relationships with major donors, aiding us to continue our mission to prevent cruelty to animals. Key Responsibilities: Secure and upgrade major donor gifts to exceed annual fundraising targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with major donors through personalized communication and meetings. Coordinate and manage donor relationships, working closely with the CEO. Craft and execute tailored donor communications, including impact reports. Record and analyse donor engagement activities in CRM (Salesforce experience advantageous). Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualification in a relevant area desired. Minimum three years in the not-for-profit sector and five years in fundraising or communication. Proven success in major donor fundraising and relationship building. Strategic relationship building and high-level communication skills. Experience in proposal writing and donor engagement activities.
