Description What’s the role? This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in shaping the strategic direction of the Commercial Banking service offering and contribute to the success of the distribution business across a range of performance metrics. As part of an agile team of Business Operations and Operations Managers, you will provide support to the Business Operations Manager and the broader Property Finance Banking Team. Representing the National Distribution Operations Team, you will collaborate with Commercial Banking RMGs and their teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent sales leadership support across regions. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Commercial Banking teams to ensure operational management excellence and support sales leadership initiatives. Develop and lead the implementation of action plans to achieve key business goals in partnership with Business Operations and Operations Managers. Manage operating rhythms, disciplines, and communications that support business development, performance, customer advocacy, and engagement. What do I need? Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask Proven change leadership, turning concepts into execution Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Capable of self-management and autonomous work Strong stakeholder engagement, able to hold senior leaders accountable Team-oriented, flexible working style Resilient and confident in fast-paced, evolving environments Familiarity with Westpac Group reporting and customer systems (desirable) Why join us?
