Plant Operator Roster: Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 2:06pm Employment Type: 3‑month casual contract, potential for permanency for the right candidate! Duties & responsibilities: Operating earthmoving equipment including compactors, excavators, dump trucks and bulldozers Ensuring safe and compliant operation of all vehicles and equipment in line with company procedures and regulatory standards Maintaining a professional attitude and delivering a high level of customer service when interacting with clients and team members Skills and experience: Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential) Experience operating loaders, material handlers and/or forklifts (minimum one required) Experience in the waste or recycling industry (desirable) Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures Good mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor issues Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and reliability About the company Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.
