Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Organisation and Methods Analyst to support our organisation in achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves analysing organisational structures, systems, and procedures, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and developing strategies to improve workflows, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist and encourage the development of objectives, strategies, and plans to improve customer satisfaction and the effective use of organisational resources Discuss business and organisational shortcomings with clients and key stakeholders Analyse and evaluate existing organisational systems, structures, and procedures Consult with staff at all levels and observe operational systems in practice Direct clients toward more efficient organisational practices and develop solutions to organisational problems Undertake and review work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures, including administrative and clerical processes Record and analyse workflow charts, records, reports, manuals, and job descriptions Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and resolve organisational issues Assist in implementing approved recommendations, including issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals Review operating procedures and advise on departures from established procedures and standards Skills and Qualifications Relevant qualification in business, management, organisational studies, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Experience in organisational analysis, process improvement, or methods analysis Ability to prepare clear reports, proposals, and procedural documentation High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their suitability for the role to: carewellpty@gmail.com
