About the Role As a Graduate Mine Surveyor, you will be offered a permanent role and gain hands-on experience with current mine surveying techniques and equipment, participating in the critical aspects of mining managed by our Survey Departments. You will work with world-class technologies, including drones and laser scanners, and provide directional control for development mining, production drill mark-ups, and other set-outs. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting development and production mining through accurate survey set-outs and directional control • Installing and maintaining the mine survey control network • Undertaking void and volume surveys for stockpiles and underground spaces • Using advanced technologies, including drones and laser scanners, to support survey operations • Participating in site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations and mining environments • Contributing to site-specific projects under the guidance of experienced surveying teams All of our graduates have the opportunity to work with leaders in their field across the following residential locations: • Hunter Valley, NSW • Mudgee, NSW • Greater Mackay region, QLD • Greater Emerald region, QLD Graduate Development Our Graduate Program is underpinned by a structured professional development framework designed to accelerate your technical capability and leadership potential.
