We are seeking an experienced IT Service Owner - Asset Management Systems to oversee and optimise critical technology systems. The role will be working with Maximo L3 support team and will be reporting to the System Lead. This temporary role, based in Docklands, offers a rewarding opportunity to ensure seamless system performance and support. Client Details This organisation is a well-established entity within the Government sector. With a strong presence and a robust operational framework, they are focused on maintaining and enhancing their technology systems to support their operations. Description Manage enhancements, changes, patches and upgrades for the assigned service/s as per the Business Owners and standards and requirements. Management of the services, including, license and contract management. Manage the performance and relationship of vendors ensuring that Services are maintained as agreed with the Business Owners and as per requirements. Ensure incident investigations, change, service/ support and problem management activities are undertaken. Profile Demonstrated experience with the administration and deployment of business applications including information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) Change Management. Experience with managing a team of service providers some of whom may be offshore. Experience with Asset Management systems such as IBM Maximo. Job Offer Hybrid working arrangements.
