Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following: Oversee and manage the financial operations and reporting processes. AR/AP - manage, lead & oversee the work of two staff members Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and budgets. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Preparation of financial statements & lead the audit Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making. Manage cash flow, forecasts, and financial risk assessments. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial performance. Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Profile The Finance Manager will be/have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/CPA qualifications Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the property/construction industry. Strong financial modelling and analysis capabilities/skills Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
