Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot the paste reticulation system to ensure optimal performance. Manage surface activities related to the underground reticulation network, including system flushing and remote control of paste diverters. Liaise with underground teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of paste to designated stopes. Accurately record production data, system pressures, and plant performance for reporting and analysis. Identify and resolve faults in paste distribution systems promptly to minimise downtime. Operate the Komatsu WA 500 Front End Wheel Loader in line with operational requirements. Adhere to and promote all safety protocols, ensuring compliance with site and regulatory standards. Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Paste Plant Operator or Paste Fill Coordinator. About you: Minimum of 12 months previous experience in Paste Plant Operations and/or reticulation systems Paste Plant Operators ticket (Desirable) Valid Front End Loader ticket Have a current Australian C class manual drivers licence at minimum. Must have current passport and have ability to travel in and out of Australia. Must have ability to operate underground vehicles with relevant RPLs to include IT & UG LV Tickets (Essential). Ability to pass pre-employment medical to include Drug and Alcohol screening Working at heights (Advantageous) Dangerous Goods Security Card or be willing to apply for one (Essential) National Police Clearance within last 6 months or be willing to apply for one (Essential) Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
